Return/Refund Policy: Once your custom order has shipped, we do not issue refunds. Your order is for the colored glass pieces or ash collection kit, the making of the final piece is included but it is your responsibility to return your glass pieces or cremation ash to have your piece(s) made. Combined Unity Glass and Memorial Ash collection kit must be returned to have final piece made within 1 year of original purchase or an additional fee may apply. Pieces are all handmade, sizes and finished shapes vary.
